SASE GrindAid is a water-based pretreatment cutting agent designed to speed up the initial cut on hard, dense concrete. By suspending concrete solids away from the surface, it boosts the performance of lower grit diamond tooling—helping expose large aggregate faster, reduce labor costs, shorten project timelines, and extend tooling life.
SASE D1 is a water-based, low VOC premium-hybrid multi-silicate densifier that enhances surface hardness, reduces dusting, and improves stain resistance on both new and existing concrete or cement terrazzo floors. It penetrates at multiple levels to ensure the wear surface hardens evenly, regardless of porosity.
